🔄 Return Eligibility
You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date if you’re not completely satisfied.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original, sealed packaging

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Opened or used products

Items not purchased directly from our website

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)

This policy ensures the safety and integrity of all health and wellness products we sell.

🔁 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item

Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you

🔁 Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, you may return the unopened item (as per policy above) and place a new order.
